Capturing scanned documents (Document Imaging)
Document
imaging is the process of
scanning paper documents (such
as contracts, loan applications,
correspondence, etc., ),
converting them to digital
images that are then stored on a
network shared folder, FTP
folder or on a local folder.
Open Bee™ Scan includes an "hot
folders" service that runs in
the background to watch and
capture documents that are
scanned in those file system
folders.| Feature / Description | Benefits | |||
