At the MFP's level Scanned documents can be directly routed by the scanner operator, where the operator could choose the document destination (SharePoint site and folder) from a pick list, available at the MFP's control panel. |

Automatic Routing
- Zoning OCR With Open Bee™ Scan, the "Send To" destination can be determined by the content of the document. For example, all invoices from vendor OPEN BEE could be routed to a SharePoint folder named OPEN BEE. |
